This week we will begin Chapter 11, The Holy Spirit Helps the Church to Grow.
This week we will also be celebrating the Resurrection at Mass on Friday as a school.
We continue to discuss the Golden Rule: Love God, love ourselves, and love others.
This week we will continue Chapter 10, Jesus Sends the Holy Spirit. We will also continue to talk about Lent. We will attend Living Stations of the Cross this Friday afternoon.

This week we will begin Chapter 9, "Jesus Died and Rose to New Life". This will be a great chapter for us as we enter into the season of Lent. We will be talking about how Jesus sacrificed his life for us, as well as how we can make sacrifices during this time.
This week we are moving into Chapter 8 of our text, "Jesus Had Many Followers"
This chapter focuses on the Lord's Prayer, and at the end of this chapter the students will be asked to recite this prayer individually, so please practice at home.
This week we will be starting Chapter 6, "The Church Year". We have already discussed Advent and Christmas, so we will continue to discuss the other key times of the Church Year, as well as how they help us to follow the life of Jesus.
This week we wrap up Chapter 5, "Jesus Teaches Us About Love". We will continue to talk about Advent.Key Word:
