Parents,
I hope everyone enjoyed a nice Memorial Day weekend!! We are winding down to the end of the school year and I think all of you have been absolutely amazing throughout this online learning process!! This will be the last week of “academics” and then I will have some fun end of the year activities for the students during their last week of school. This week I will continue to cover as much as possible so that students are at least introduced to skills for 3rd grade. I do not expect mastery of these skills, but hope that some practice will help with their transition for next year.
I have included the weekly assignments below if you click the image for May 26- May 29. I have added the Google Slides to a Seesaw Activity so that students can click the online assignments right from the Seesaw platform. Make sure you click “View Original” so that the links will open up for you. I have also added a daily checklist for the students. This allows them the opportunity to check off their completed assignments and send it back to me. The students can always save the checklist by clicking “Draft” and then go back to the activity throughout the day. Once all of the assignments are checked off, they will click the green check and send it back to me.
There will not be small Reading groups this week since we had off for Memorial Day, but Mrs. Koval would like to reschedule the Spanish Zoom meeting to this Thursday(5/28) at 1:30-2:00. I will still have my small Math groups on Thursday at their normal times.
