Catholic Schools Week will be February 1-5. It is a week that we celebrate the opportunity to have a Religious Education. We are grateful for the sacrifices that you make to send your child to SJB. This week we set up daily activities and dress down days to celebrate Catholic Schools Week. This agenda is for the EC classes. Please begin to plan for the dress down days. I know we all love the simplicity of uniforms, so I wanted to provide you extra time to plan for the week. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Monday 2/1: Father Joe will visit our classroom and bless our cross necklaces. The necklaces will be provided by Mrs. Albert.

The theme for Catholic Schools Week 2021 is “Catholic Schools: Faith, Excellence, Service”. During Catholic Schools Week, SJB will embark on a service project to the help Ministry of Caring who are directly involved with the homeless population. We are asking our families to help in this project. Each classroom will be assigned a specific item or items to bring into school. All items must be able to fit into a gallon size ZipLock bag. Since we have committed to 100 bags, we ask that each child bring in 2 items assigned. Bags will be assembled by the Middle School students and then distributed to the Ministry of Caring who help the homeless population in our area. All items are due to the homeroom teacher no later than Friday, February 5.
Items needed (travel size--approximate ounces are suggested):
Grade EC3 = bandaids (all one size)
